Who we are
This website, majcustodioservices.com, is operated by AACIO, a marketing and lead generation company founded by Maj Custodio and based in the Philippines ("AACIO", "we", "us"). AACIO is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you request a free strategy call, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your business type, approximate monthly business revenue range, main business challenge and the marketing budget you are prepared to consider.
- The appointment time you pick and any notes you add when booking.
- Whether you opted in to receive marketing tips and updates.
We also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as pages viewed, browser type, device type and approximate location, through our hosting provider and the Meta Pixel (see below).
How we use it
- To evaluate your inquiry, prepare for your strategy call and contact you about your appointment.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To discuss and, if you choose, provide our marketing services.
- To send occasional marketing tips and updates, only if you ticked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Calendly, to schedule your appointment. Your form answers are passed to Calendly so they appear with your booking. Calendly's own privacy notice also applies to the booking step.
- Zoom or a similar video platform, to hold the call.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and bookings from our ads. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- The email, messaging and customer-management tools our team uses to follow up on inquiries.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies and send information about your visit (for example, that you viewed the page or booked a call) to Meta. This helps us measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences and block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case we keep it for as long as the engagement and our legal or accounting obligations require) or you ask us to delete it sooner.
How we protect it
We limit access to the people on our team who need it and use reputable providers with their own security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or withdraw consent for its processing (including marketing messages), and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
